Regional and ADI Support
Support the regional Chevrolet, Buick/GMC, Cadillac, Fleet, Aftersales and Operations teams in attaining monthly accessory sales objectives and accessory SME (Regional Accessory Manager)
· Work with Regional Sales and Aftersales teams to integrate GM Accessories marketing activities
· Provide metrics and recommendations to each Zone that provide the highest opportunity for sales improvement, assist Zone Teams with implementing an accessories business plan focusing on these points
· Work with regional management on promotions and accessory business plan
· Assist GM Zone Teams as SME on all accessory issues, selling processes, program implementation and marketing strategies
· Support implementing LMA and individual dealership retail / wholesale marketing activities
· Provide accessory training to new hire “District Manager in Training” personnel
· Accessory PDD (Professional Development Days) instructors
· Provide standardized and ad-hoc reporting as needed
ADI Support
First point of contact for ADIs
· Evaluate sales performance vs. objective/business plan, processes and personnel and identify opportunities for improvement
· Evaluate ADI sales processes and warehouse & distribution activities
Provide the ADIs with consultative expertise and training focused on:
· Develop and implement action plans to improve in identified opportunity areas, monitor and evaluate results
· Train on product features, benefits and competitive advantages for GM Accessories
· Help the ADI sales team conquest new dealers and optimize their abilities to establish a “point of sale” accessories sales process during the vehicle sale
Accessory Operations Support
· Take direction from Accessory Director and ADI Network Manager
· Implement daily tasks associated Supply Chain parts distribution, LPO’s, Logistics, ADI Messaging
· Carry out special projects (Special parts allocation, ADI personnel onboarding, training projects)
· Support Accessory Product Engineering
· Support Divisional Accessory Managers
· Support Accessory Objectives
