RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide the expert training course according to the BMW 's Standard (i.e. Bus system, Gasoline & Diesel Engine).
• Planning and organizing training and diagnosis program of BMW's model.
• Carrying out the field training and Apprentice program.
• Increase efficiency and sustainability of face-to-face training by implementing pre-test and post-test.
• Ensure the readiness of training room, training vehicle and special tools before and after training session professionally.
• Localize the trainer guide, participant manual and training material by reference from BMW  standard.
• Provide the New Mechanic Test to dealers.
• Coordinate and cooperate with the Aftersales Service team.
• Controlling and administer of all Special tools at Training Centre.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive Engineering or College
• 10 years in Automotive
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive repair workshop
• Good knowledge and experience in automotive engineering area.
• Good communication and teaching skill.
• Friendly, positive, and open-minded attitude.
• Good MS Office skill.
• Good English communication skill.
