Job Summary
Responsible for document management and support in the daily invoicing process of spare parts for the control and monitoring of the purchase quota of dealers. Similarly,
is the person responsible for the entire process of direct dispatch of product between national suppliers and the dealer network for the sale of spare parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze daily invoicing of spare parts and cross-check against the quota of purchases of each dealer against the banks.
- Manage the reception of orders uploaded by the dealer network for direct shipment products.
- Generate the purchase orders with the national suppliers
- Update the prices of the spare parts that are within the condition of direct dispatch according to the costs of each supplier.
- Upload the purchase orders placed by the dealers to the suppliers in the purchasing system.
- Send the requisition notifications to the different suppliers with all the dispatch information.
- Track orders through the delivery and invoicing process.
Requirements:
- With 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or related.
- Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical, Systems), Administration, International Trade, or related careers.
- Intermediate level of English

- Very good knowledge of Excel.
