About the role




As the Data & Administration Manager you’ll manage a team, ensuring data input of documentation, enrolments and certifications are entered onto the management information system is in line with ESFA funding rules. 




What will you do?


  • Manage a centralised administration team and data analysts
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders including finance to ensure collection & reconciliation of all funds
  • Attend regular networking events to ensure knowledge is kept up to date including ESFA funding rules, communicating this to the team
  • Provide regular reports as and when required
  • Make sure the team is fully staffed and able to meet critical deadlines and timescales
  • Ensure full validation and quality checks are made relating to all Learner enrolments, certification and leaver documentation




Do you have?


  • Must have previous experience working within an ESFA funding environment
  • Up to date knowledge of ESFA funding rules
  • Background working for a private training provider
  • IT literate, MS Office as a minimum
  • Knowledge & experience of using a standard MIS data system, ideally Maytas
  • Experienced people manager with strong leadership & motivational skills
  • Organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi task and be able to meet tight timescales
  • Car owner and a full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility will be required to work outside the normal working hours as and when required to ensure deadlines are met
