Job Summary

·         Expertise in developing strategies for performance improvement and customer experience in the modern retail automotive industry.

·         Demonstrated ability to design and develop strategic plans supporting client business goals, focused in the areas of learning and development.

·         Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and consultative skills to apply into account strategy and planning.

·         Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

·         Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from initial concept through implementation.

·         Operates with a sense of urgency and purpose.

·         Experience and proven ability to lead strategy involving all learning modalities.

·         Strong team player who builds trust, maintains, and demonstrates respect, and leads through inspiration in the innovative and creative work.

  • Consults with clients to maintain up-to-date understanding of their business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Leads initial interactions with business stakeholders, assesses the situation, and aligns on the performance solution approach.
  • Develops and presents proposed learning strategies and recommends other non-training interventions.
  • Creates high-level, performance-based curriculum maps.
  • Advocates the value of performance analysis and diagnostics.
  • Liaises with SMEs, Content team, and ISDs to drive accurate content.
  • Supports a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organizational levels.

QAULIFICATIONS

·         Degree in Learning or Performance Improvement or comparable experience

·         10+ years’ experience in learning development for the retail automotive industry

  • Retail automotive background and/or experience desired but not required.

·         Ideally, located in southern California.
