Job Summary
Supports the LMS Business Analysts and Operations Manager in delivering LMS Administration services for the client's Puerto Rico site.
Main Activities:
- Create learning activities
- Modify learning activity properties
- Inactivate learning activities
- Assign and unassign learners
- Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles
- Inactivate Assignment Vehicles
- Add learning activities
- Maintain learning activities
- Delete learning activities
- Schedule class & sessions
- Instructor confirmation
- Location confirmation
- Classroom scheduling
- Cancel class/sessions
- Roster Management
- Manage waitlist
- Cancel student enrollment
- Substitute students
- Reschedule students
- Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)
- Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting
- Create and schedule Cognos reports
- Assist with LMS reporting for Audit/Inspection support
- General Questions via email/Service Now
- Course evaluation setup, data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
- Be able to perform repetitive tasks without making errors and with high attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
- Must be highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.
- Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able maintain confidentiality of personnel and business situations.
- Ability to self-manage and take initiative
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
