Do you have previous experience of stakeholder management in a learning environment?
GP Strategies are actively looking for a Learning Consultant to work with our global financial client in Paris on the development and deployment of global learning programs and solutions.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the client relationship including a high level of stakeholder management and offering consultative advice on how best to meet their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Senior-level stakeholders including Heads of Learning and Learning Managers to understand the learning needs of the organisation and how this supports the aims, objectives, values and culture of the business
  • Contribute to interactions with business stakeholders that identify business requirements to ensure that learning requirements are suitably aligned to business needs
  • Forecasting & Planning with Academy leads for future demand
  • Use appropriate challenge to test business requirements to ensure that requirements are suitably aligned to the learning function
  • Support relationships at all levels within the business and HR to be capable of supporting the learning needs analysis, design and development of Learning Solutions with key stakeholders and SMEs.
  • When required, advise the business on the most appropriate learning interventions and methodologies, together with advice on how these can be best procured
  • Support the coordination and transition from needs identification to implementation of design and/or delivery in collaboration with other areas of the Supplier and business.
  • Following contracting, manage the day-to-day relationship between client, internal working teams, and vendors and escalate any issues
  • Ensure that Learning Requests are responded to within appropriate timelines and are fully completed to agreed contracting
  • Monitor service provision and evaluation scores for assigned programmes
  • Ensure that all required reporting is delivered accurately and on time within the month and that the service delivers to the SLA/KPI requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are in place, and that the delivered learning achieves the expected business objectives
  • Provide support to evaluate, pilot and deploy solutions for effectiveness
  • Develop and present to the business proposed learning strategies and recommend other non-training interventions
Personal Specification: 
  • Professional qualification/degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in the learning / training field
  • Broad knowledge of learning interventions
  • Proven experience working in the Performance Improvement field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills
  • General administration and good IT skills in particular MS Project
  • Well rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and data reporting skills
  • Ability to speak French and English to an advanced level.
