Summary: Responsible for providing Strategic Learning support to assigned client Learning partners and business units or enterprise. Partnering with the client Learning Partner assigned to the business unit(s) or enterprise and may involve working closely with business stakeholders and front-line performers; to ensure that proposed learning or other indicated interventions are designed with relevance for the audience and focused on producing desired business impact. Additionally, Performance Consultants provide advice and guidance to Learning Partners, business stakeholders and leaders in the development of comprehensive learning strategies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • To build trusted relationships with Learning Partners and business stakeholders to understand relevant business issues
  • Full understanding on adults learning process and neuro-didactic
  • Experience in learning activities development applying tics and gamification
  • To evaluate and screen business issues or business change initiatives
  • Bring new ideas for learning solution
  • Produce together with the Client storyboards of quality and comprehensiveness to ensure that the Design Hub can produce high quality learning materials
  • Collaborate with Learning Partners and business stakeholders to assess the situation, and align on the learning solution approach
  • To develop and present to the Learning Partner and the business proposed learning strategies and recommend other non-training interventions as appropriate

In partnership with the Learning Partner:
  • To create high-level, performance-based curriculum maps
  • To liaise with SMEs and ISDs to drive accurate content
  • To evaluate pilot and deployed solutions for effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 10+ years of experience in the Adult Learning & Performance Improvement
  • 5+ years Instructional Design experience
  • Broad knowledge of learning interventions
  • Experience with both interviewing and listening skills
  • Experience in Modern Learning content & technology
  • Experience in the design of blended learning solutions to include eLearning, VILT and Social Collaboration
  • Systemic thinking and understanding
  • Strong Project Management & Analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Organizational Development
