Manager Instructional Systems Designer
Summary: Responsible for providing Instructional Design services and working closely with one (or various if needed) of GP Strategies’ Global clients to conceptualise, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Instructional System Design solutions; job task analysis, curriculum learning analysis, program and course design and development
- Provide support, guidance and project resource management responsibility for other ISD’s in your team.
- Develop and evaluate learning plans, objectives, teaching outlines and specific training to address the client needs
- Provide Instructional System Design support; analyse job performance gaps and training needs and ensure integrity of learning solutions throughout the development process
- Confers with managers/client to understand work situation.
- Visits and meetings to client site, as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with creative and technical departments to build client solutions.
Requirements
- Good level of education - professional qualification/degree
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the ISD field
- Managed large training projects \ design teams in organisational environments
- Systematic approach to training design
- English level: advanced
- Experience working with MS packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel
