What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with creative minds across continents to design immersive digital content — from web and video to social media and beyond.
- Bring our evolving brand to life through bold visuals and engaging storytelling.
- Create a wide range of multimedia assets: eBooks, research reports, animations, videos, webinars, and more.
- Edit video and podcast content, adding captions, transcripts, and audio descriptions to ensure accessibility.
- Turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Juggle multiple projects with ease, always delivering high-quality, on-brand content.
- Champion accessibility in everything you create.
Qualifications
- A degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in multimedia design with a portfolio that shows off your range.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, podcast production, and animation.
- A strong foundation in graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple deadlines.
- A solid understanding of accessibility design principles.
- Experience with brand refreshes or full-scale rebrands.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma..
- Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) — essential for collaborating across global teams.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools.
- Experience with UI/UX and web accessibility standards.
