About the role

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to come on board with the GP Strategies team in Krakow, Poland , as we are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our global team in Krakow, Poland on a Permanent basis .

 

You will play a key role with one of our global Pharmaceutical clients, being responsible for various project administration tasks in partnership with the in-country Team to ensure client satisfaction. This role allows an individual to learn and participate in various different parts of the overall client service provision, while interacting with internal and external partners as well as the client.  

 

What will you do?  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  

Own parts of the project delivery administration process, including:

 

Work order creation & updates for all projects within the LRM system.

Scope of work drafting & administration to suppliers/associates.

Creation & updating of project records within the Oracle system.

Act as the point of contact for information regarding supplier/associate travel bookings.
Manage or support the change request process.   

Coordination of schedules & assistance with scheduling meetings between suppliers & client.  

Source proposals for client requirements & assist with review of proposals to ensure all requirements are met.  

Creation of proposal documents for client. 
Communication with suppliers/associates regarding selection for projects.  

Management of extra bookings and adhoc requests for large training programs.  

Management of the evaluation & feedback process for large training programs. Review client evaluation reporting, provide feedback to & address issues with trainers, escalate issues & negative trends to manager. 

Updating & maintenance of various tracking files.
