  • Creates, coordinates and maintains learning projects related to Global Learning and Development COE and implementation of learning that is on budget and delivered on time.
  • Plans, schedules, and leads regular project meetings and provides regular status reports to business owners, SMEs, and L&D COE.
  • Strong Agile and Waterfall project management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communication skills, including the ability to discuss file posting, testing, and schedule items with vendors and in-house staff
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to collect requirements, maintain schedules, and provide Digital expertise.
  • Defines project schedules in line with requirement and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creates and executes measurement strategies for all performance and learning initiatives that account for effectiveness and demonstrates business impact.
  • Works within project management application to document course development process data including time tracking, project comments, and task completion. 
  • Manage resource allocation as per the project road map and constantly update on the resource availability for better utilization
  • Communicates regularly with stake holders during digital asset development process.
  • Managing and coordinating project resource, including assigning workload, setting
    priorities and removing roadblocks.
  • Developing, maintaining and completing project documentation including project plans, risk log, issues log, post project reviews etc.
  • Close liaison and communication with the business sponsors and assigned resource to ensure project success.
  • Mentor others within digital assets build team and broader business, providing project management guidance, training and mentoring to improve the effectiveness of the wider learning and development COE team in project undertakings.
  • Working as part of a global Project Management Office team to continuously improve the
    L&D Project Management methodology.
  • Research and implement best practice project management tools and techniques.
  • Champion the culture of project management within the organization.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience combining technical, analytical, and functional experience including experience in project design, project scheduling and/or contract administration or an MBA
  • 4 years’ experience combining technical, analytical, and functional experience including experience in project design, project scheduling and/or contract administration. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.
  • Performance management processes and methodologies
  • Handle multiple, complex projects autonomously
  • Present information and processes persuasively, both orally and written communication
  • Work with and embrace change
  • Requires general knowledge of computers; speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations; understands complex verbal or written instructions; must be well organized and systematic in work processes, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with groups and in the conduct of meetings.
  • Proven understanding of the Project Lifecycle and Product Development Lifecycle; competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Outlook, MS project, Power BI and other tools that would be used for communication/documentation purposes.
  • Proven ability to work well individually within a team environment; delegate and share decision-making with team members as appropriate.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and able to lead project personnel, exercising strong interpersonal skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven management of complex system implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project with in-depth use experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of effective relationship management
  • Proven track record of managing projects.
  • Proven track record in managing people & resources.
  • Broad business knowledge
  • Experience of working in a global organization with geographically dispersed team members and users.
  • Experienced in project management methodologies (Prince 2/PMI advantageous) and software.
  • Business Fluency in English

  • Advanced Degree
  • Prince2 / PMI Project Management Certification preferred
