Experienced in Executive stakeholder management.  Manages multiple independent projects and/or multiple connected projects contributing to a significant/high complexity project

Manages multiple independent projects and/or multiple connected projects contributing to a significant/complex project.  The Senior Project Manager holds significant experience in managing larger projects and leading teams of Project Mangers.  Responsible for managing all aspects of complex projects to include interfacing with senior customer stakeholders and supplier project team members and to serve as the single point of accountability for these. 

Role activities include: 

• To be the single point of accountability for multiple projects, directing and controlling all projects and related activities to meet customer expectations and the budgeted financial objectives tied to projects. 
• To schedule and initiate projects and ensure that the proper communication channels are available and used throughout the project by all parties.
• To prepare a detailed schedule for the project and update as necessary; ensuring critical issues including project changes, market changes and personnel changes are managed and communicated following the change procedure.  
• To identify and document risks and assumptions and discuss ways to minimise risks for multiple projects.
