We're looking for a Resourcing Partner to join our team and execute the full recruiting cycle including research/evaluation, sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.


The role can be done on a fully remote basis however, occasional travel to our Manchester or Solihull office may be required.

About the role


On a day to day basis you’ll: 


  • Work with hiring managers to develop and lead staffing and recruiting plans. Determine effectiveness of and adjust recruiting plans and implementation through follow-ups with managers and process analytics.
  • Maintains accurate and timely data on candidate statuses in the organizations job requisition and applicant tracking system to manage selection progress of all applicants and open positions.
  • Source both the necessary quality and quantity of viable candidates through advertising outlets, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and fellow employees.  Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to generate a network of future applicants to develop a qualified candidate pool in advance of need.
  • Create job advertisements targeted to attract desired talent
  • Works with hiring managers to develop appropriate pre-screening and interview questions, identifying required skills and experience for the position.
  • Works with search firms or other placement agencies, and determines optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
  • Reviews candidate information including work history, competencies and other qualifications to confirm fit/interest for open positions.
  • Contact potential candidates to generate interest in the company and pre-screen / set up interview schedules.
  • Utilize the organization web based staffing platform to obtain proper approvals to initiate opening of requisitions, manage applicant flow, and extending of offers.
  • Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment to hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
  • Ensure necessary security, background, and reference checks are initiated.  Review adverse results with appropriate HR personnel and take appropriate action.
  • Prepares and makes job offers in collaboration with the respective hiring manager, assists in compensation negotiations, and ensures proper hand off for on boarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Support the generation of recruitment reports and metrics for analysis of programs and approaches
  • Ensure compliance with sound recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices and procedures
  • Handle related administrative duties and recordkeeping.


 What we need


  • Experience of candidate sourcing and selection.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment methodology.
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM)
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced complex organisation
  • Strong recruitment background from RPO / Agency / In-house functions
