Essential Responsibilities

Manages content and communications for a social collaboration site aimed to actively drive communications, manage content, and keep site content relevant for corporate faculty communities. 


Manages the following areas: onboarding, community access, content moderation, assessing technology challenges for community members, managing communications, monitoring posts, collating feedback and lessons learned information and sharing progress reports


Requires ability to communicate directly with Global Delivery Manager, Faculty Managers and Master Trainers to evaluate community needs.  


Experiences and Skills

  • Has the ability to communicate, understand the relevant platform, read situational context, be a problem solver, and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Has a good awareness of social media and all aspects of the digital age
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills both orally and written
  • Is able to make a good judgement on individual cases and escalates more serious concerns to members of the senior management team
  • Protects the company’s and client’s image and increases the loyalty with our faculty
  • Reviews user content and escalates or flags as necessary
  • Takes the lead on the comments being made on the platform as they come in and adds comments as required
  • Is aware of the latest trends within the social media area and ensures knowledge is up to date
  • Is fully responsibility for the communities and how information is handled and gathered
  • Produces guides to improve the use of the platform as an outcome of lessons learned and feedback
  • Measures and creates reports to keep track of user and community feedback
  • Understands and promotes the brand of this community within GP and ensures standards are consistently met
  • Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all stakeholders have the latest communications
  • Has excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, My Space, Twitter, You Tube and other social media
