Job Summary
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and creating internal communication materials for a company's training department. This professional must collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Creator, produce engaging graphic materials and videos that attract and engage employees, promoting participation in training and adherence to engagement campaigns. must ensure that all materials developed comply with company standards and accessibility guidelines.
Main activities:
- Developing graphic and multimedia materials for corporate training.
- Developing layouts, graphics, animations and other visual elements using the Adobe Package (Adobe Creative Cloud), in particular: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
- Follow the standard visual identity, concept and positioning pre-defined by the company.
- Execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Capture quality videos using a cell phone (provided by the company).
- Editing videos using mobile applications (approved by the company).
- Organizing and preparing recording locations, ensuring that all the necessary elements are ready and suitable for filming.
- Using lighting techniques to ensure the professional quality of the material produced.
- Ensuring proper framing and a professional image.
- Ensuring the quality of audio capture.
- Working closely with the social media analyst and the in-house social media content creator, following their script and previously prepared content based on the client's briefing.
- Producing videos that attract and engage employees, promoting participation in training and adherence to engagement campaigns.
- Ensuring that the specified production volume is achieved and that strict deadlines are met.
- Uploading files to the internal system.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related areas.
- Previous experience, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments - portfolio required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Package tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
- Ability to capture videos with mobile devices (cell phones) and adjust settings to obtain the best possible quality.
- Editing skills with applications such as CapCut.
- Knowledge of studio lighting techniques, use of reflectors, diffusers, and understanding of color temperature.
- Ability to frame and compose images in an aesthetic and functional way, applying rules of visual composition.
- Ability to capture not only action, but also emotions and the underlying visual narrative.
- Basic understanding of audio capture and the use of microphones to ensure adequate sound quality.
- Focus on fine details that can make a big difference to the final quality of the video.
- Flexibility to adapt to different production styles, be they informational, entertainment or advertising.
- Knowledge of animation techniques and creating graphic elements using mobile applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactivity and a positive attitude towards work and challenges.
- Ability to plan and organize, working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
