We are seeking an innovative Strategic Consultant to join our consulting team to:

        Support pre-sales engagements for innovative learning solutions and strategic consulting.

        Provide client education around innovative and transformative learning topics.

        Develop innovative, product/service offerings from incubation through operationalization.

        Provide direct labor on innovation-based and highly strategic learning projects.

        Apply a repeatable, sustainable process in a dedicated experiential space to explore, create, and share new solutions (i.e., processes, tools, platforms) to stay ahead of an evolving marketplace.

        Provide thought-leadership in areas of learning innovation, AI, and other priority topics in support of client and marketing efforts.

        Manage strategic vendor partnerships.

        Educate internal resources on innovative and cross-functional solutions to expand existing client relationships and upskill for internal capability.

Critical Processes and Design Approaches

        Leading and facilitating strategic workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, innovation solutioning)

        Learner-Centric Design (e.g., Empathy Interviews, Customer Journey Mapping)

        Evaluation and Measurement

        Digital Workforce Transformation

        Performance Consulting

The successful candidate will:

        Possess a strong understanding of the learning and performance technology ecosystem with the ability to align client needs to appropriate technology solutions

        Be willing and capable of taking on ambiguous assignments and move forward when there is a lack of clear definition.

        Be collaborative, supportive, and focused on successful outcomes for the business and clients.

        Be a self-starter requiring limited handholding.

        Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

        Be comfortable working in digital workflows including proficiency with a range of digital design, ideation, and creation tools.

Requirements

        Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Instructional Design, Performance Consulting, etc.) or equivalent experience and certification(s)

        15 years’ experience in a consulting or comparable role

•     Demonstrated experience with influencing and leading teams
