Job Summary

The role of the technical assistant is to support the network of authorized technical services, guiding them in solving difficult-to-solve diagnoses. They must also perform remote and even on-site diagnoses. The main objective is to provide technical support to the network of authorized technical services. 

A profile with experience in practical diagnostic work is highly desirable.

Knowledge of English and Portuguese (oral and written)

Main Activities: 

  • Respond to diagnostic requests from the authorized service network received by the online system.
  • Keep the online system up to date
  • Maintain response times within the parameters required by the brand.
  • Make timely escalation of difficult-to-solve cases that pose a risk to users or have legal implications.
  • Actively participate in technical meetings
  • Manage the training center's diagnostic equipment.
  • Suggest suitable repairs while keeping costs under control
