Job Summary
The Training Instructor supervises the delivery of face-to-face and/or virtual courses to the client's dealer network according to the training matrix. The person is responsible for training and accompanying dealer personnel in the implementation of programmes that may be applicable in Mexico.
Oversees the generation of an environment of transformation in face-to-face training according to the local needs of the country.
Main Activities:
- Review the contents of the courses and/or material to adapt them to the Mexican market, including translations, according to the requirements of the sector (face to face and/or e-learning).
- Develop and implement the contents, student’s manuals and assessments of the courses and/or material focused on the Mexican market, according to the requirements of the sector (face to face and/or e-learning).
- Carry out practices of the training content in the systems and/or vehicles with due advance to impart any training, this to strengthen and verify that the application of the material prepared is consistent.
- Carry out 100% of virtual trainings and giving face-to-face training and must have domain of Spanish and English.
- Guarantee the availability of the necessary elements and equipment for the development of the training.
- Visits dealer’s mechanical workshops.
- Scheduling of the monthly training calendar for both in-person and e-learning sessions.
- Creation of the budget and business trip arrangements according to the monthly course schedule.
- Conduct periodic competency assessments to dealer network to classify them according to the certification of the training matrix.
- Upload the notes of the face-to-face trainings to LMS to keep the platform updated.
Requirements:
- Engineering (Mechanical, automotive, etc)
- Proven experience in automotive (minimum of 6 years)
- Proven experience giving training, domain of groups (minimum of 5 years)
- Knowledge of workshop tools, metrology, electrical diagrams, and circuits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification from automotive agencies or verifiable courses
- Certification Train the Trainers
- Valid American visa
