We have a number of opportunities at GP Strategies to work with one of our new clients.
As a Training Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the client to ensure their training courses are organised efficiently.
Some of these vacancies have the need for someone with language skills so if you can speak Spanish, Portuguese, French or German then we would love to hear from you!
Your duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the annual scheduling process
  • Schedule and administer enrolments
  • Set up courses using appropriate Learning Management System and database
  • Order class materials and ensure all materials arrive at the venue
  • Confirm registrations with venues and trainers and update the LMS
  • Work with the customer to obtain confirm course details and set ups
  • Arrange conference centres, hotels, trainers, print suppliers, catering and equipment.
  • Distribution of learner course materials and issuing joining instructions to participants.
  • Book accommodation for facilitators and participants
  • Manage learner queries via phone or email, coordinate escalations in accordance with SLA
  • Provide summary data, following the completion of each course
You will have:
  • Written and spoken English to proficient level (essential)
  • Proven experience within an office environment in an administrative role (desirable)
  •  Good IT Skills with Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills (essential)
  • Great customer service skills (essential)
  • Proven team player (essential)
  • Knowlede of a LMS (desirable)
  • Language skills in either French, Portuguese, Spanish or German (highly desirable)
