Training Administrator

We’re now looking for a Training Administrator to be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of training projects within the team, on a day-to day basis.
Based in Egypt, this role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis. This is a full time position working Sunday - Thursday.
Job Summary
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) registrations, scheduling training programs, design and upload E-learning(s), extract learning history reports and other reports that serve our requirements, and performing any LMS related query for L&D department.
- Support the customer to deliver a learning service.
- Provide support with coordination of projects and related administrative tasks including data analysis, reporting, logistics, working with a Learning Management System, purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal and external vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain detailed schedules for the project.
- Provide value added services as appropriate for continuous improvement.
- Support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organizational levels.
- Handling enquiries about specific L&D initiatives coming from learners, trainers, other business stakeholders and redirecting when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- General administration experience
- Proven effective communication skills, including verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with a customer focused proactive approach
- Teamwork experience, including virtual teams
- Assertiveness and resilience
- Experience of learning activities and channels
- Experience of project coordination and related administrative and financial tasks
- Supplier handling and management experience
- Experience of building relationships
