Training Administrator – Italian Speaking

Do you speak English and Italian and are based within the Krakow area Poland?

As a Training Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the client to ensure their training courses are organised efficiently.
As our Italian-speaking representative, you will be the point of contact for our Italian speaking client contacts.
Your duties and responsibilities:
Support the annual scheduling process
Schedule and administer enrolments
Set up courses using appropriate Learning Management System and database
Order class materials and ensure all materials arrive at the venue
Confirm registrations with venues and trainers and update the LMS
Work with the customer to obtain confirm course details and set ups
Arrange conference centres, hotels, trainers, print suppliers, catering and equipment
Distribution of learner course materials and issuing joining instructions to participants
Book accommodation for facilitators and participants
Manage learner queries via phone or email, coordinate escalations in accordance with SLA
Provide summary data, following the completion of each course

You will have:
Written and spoken English and Italian to a proficient level (essential)
Proven experience within an office environment in an administrative role (desirable)Good IT Skills with Microsoft Office (essential)
Excellent communication skills (essential)
Excellent organisational skills (essential)
Great customer service skills (essential)
Proven team player (essential)
Knowledge of a LMS/Learning Management System  (desirable)
