Job Summary

Administrative and operational management of the LMS, the dealer network and the University.

Main Activities:

  • Training schedules
  • Control of the learning platform, LMS support, planning, internal requirements, and other additional requirements
  • Communication with users
  • Detailed communication of monthly/quarterly planning and guidance on compliance with established deadlines.
  • Preparation, analysis, sending of comparative reports, and monitoring of course attendance and action when necessary to meet the vacancies.
  • Publication, maintenance, and adjustments of materials (courses, links, tests, instructors)
  • Ongoing communication about activities and status of dealerships
  • Analysis and resolution of problems related to the portal.
  • Preparation of communication and sending it to the target audience (Direct mail).

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in administrative support for training or logistics
  • Office tools
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and/or Spanish will be considered as a differential skill
  • High level of interpersonal relationship management with the customer and with the focal points of the dealer network.
  • Pressure management
  • Openness to change and speed of reaction.
  • Ability to assertively communicate your ideas and to analyze and present information with clarity.
  • Analytical reasoning
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
