Job Summary
The Training Content Analyst is responsible for creating content for educational objects, in line with previously defined methodologies and strategies to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning materials.
Activities:
- Creation and management of educational and professional development content in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Development of instructional materials, such as e-learnings, training modules, learning guides, presentations for workshops and events.
- Producing digital and interactive content that promotes engagement and continuous learning.
- Adapting content to the specific needs of different audiences and projects, according to briefs and defined objectives.
- Analysis of the technical information needed to develop content.
- Preparation of support materials, including lesson plans, handouts, instructor manuals, assessment tools and test questions.
- Continuous validation of the materials developed, with adjustments and improvements whenever necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, preferably in education, instructional design or related areas.
- Previous experience in creating and managing educational and professional development content.
- The ability to adapt content to the strategic needs of the project, with a focus on accelerating the development of skills and talents, is essential;
- Previous professional experience in content development / instructional design with a focus on corporate education.
- Knowledge and application of microlearning and storytelling techniques;
- Desirable knowledge of authoring tools and online learning platforms (ISpring / Articulate Storyline / Adobe Captivate / LMS plataforms)
