DESIRED SERVICE OUTCOME
This service will be for a Accessory Sales Manager based at the Client's Thailand Head Office, Sathorn Square Building. The service will be responsible for delivering the accessories portfolio revenue and profit objectives and will require working with various functional teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE FOR PROVISION OF SERVICE
This service requires a candidate that holds a tertiary qualification in business, sales and product development understanding with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive marketing and sales with a preference for aftermarket accessories experience.
This service requires strong project and sales management skills, a drive for results and a history of showing initiative and being a self-starter. Advanced knowledge of the use of MS Office, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel required as well as strong communication skills (Thai and English), teamwork, influencing skills, collaboration and conflict resolution.

Vehicle Personalization & FCSD Departments: coordinate, collaborate and influence team members & stakeholders to deliver new products, sales incentives and marketing activities to deliver on Accessories Revenue & Profit targets.

Service provider to use a collaborative approach in working with the client to achieve the project deliverables

o The appropriate skills and experiences necessary to deliver the project commitments.
o A high degree of commitment to the role.
o Hands-on involvement on a day-to-day basis.
PROJECT SCOPE
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the accessories portfolio monthly revenue and profit objectives including monitoring revenue and profit per vehicle sold by model and reporting out to management
Deep understand of Thailand accessory market and able to provide the right proposition of Ford accessory and recommend new products to be added into portfolio

Lead accessory sales strategy for Thailand. Identify opportunities and build business cases to introduce new accessories and special vehicle packs by working closely with other departments such as Vehicle Retail & Product Marketing teams.

Support new product take to market but lead final pricing proposal and pricing set up in PANDA as well as control and monitor initial orders.
Support vehicle marketing activities including show vehicle builds
Lead VM management, ongoing pricing strategy and demand creation campaign for dealers and customers
Lead communication at sales and service team monthly download meeting and build relationship with both sales and service zone managers
Lead dealer communication, meetings, and training for accessories
Visit and provide coaching and on ground support to dealers
Regularly track Accessories performance (min. mid-month and end of month), provide reports and work with Finance team monthly to update forecasts, opportunities, and risks.
Act as the main point of contact for dealers for accessories
