Job Summary

The audit coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to audit visits and management of distributors and their processes. He/she oversees generating detailed reports on the audit visits and the subsequent elaboration of effective action plans to improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.

Main Activities: 

  • Plan and coordinate auditing visits to distributors to evaluate compliance with compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Generate detailed and comprehensive reports of audit visits, identifying areas of improvement and process deficiencies.

  • Coordination of Onboarding Activities & Dealer Processes, DPM platform administration, Dealer profiling in Volvo Car and CDSIDsID systems. Volvo Car and CDSIDs systems. Requirements:

  • English B2
  • Proficient in automotive and brand specific quality standards and regulations 
  • Experience in interact with dealers and internal team.
  • Engineering Industrial or administrative
  • Experience in automotive agencies (minimum of 4 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
