Training Consultant (Enterprise Technology)

Job Summary
Successful candidates will work on project teams responsible for the development and delivery of training that teaches employees how to use Enterprise systems such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, and Workday to do their jobs in a wide variety of industries and business areas, including manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, finance, human resources, and quality assurance.
Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree (Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Technical Communication, or Engineering a plus)
· Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques (e.g., ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
· Basic knowledge of the principles of interactive learning solutions and blended learning.
· Basic proficiency in using learning accelerators like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools
· Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
· Familiarity with multimedia development tools (audio, video editing) is a plus
· One to three years’ experience working in a project team environment
· Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in training and development.
· A growth mindset with a strong desire for professional development.
· Ability to adapt to changes in technology or instructional methods
· Willing to travel during the week (as needed based on client requirements)
Preferred Skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly convey instructions, both written and verbal.
· Ability to design and develop training content for systems implementations
· Ability to quickly grasp new technology and business processes
· Ability to communicate complex technical processes in lay person’s terms
· Effective at collaborating with teams and working with subject matter experts (SMEs).
· Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
· Attention to detail in both content creation and project execution.
