The Role:

Design eLearning layouts and Players/User Interfaces. Design visual assets like infographics, icons, patterns, environmental backgrounds, etc. Design aesthetic layouts, posters, video screen based on the storyboard/audio narration/client inputs.

Create visual design guidelines and templates for long term projects.

 Experience/skills – must have:

• 5+ years of experience designing eLearning courses or in any creative (digital) design industry.
• Sound knowledge of Design Principles, Color Theory, Aesthetic Designs
• Ability to brainstorm the design concepts with internal or external stakeholders
• Ability to understand a topic/content from the client and end-user perspective
• Ability to convert audio narration to a visual concept
• Ability to explain client/end-user centric design concepts clearly to the internal/external stakeholders

 Experience/skills – nice to have:

• Knowledge and ability to develop animations.
• Basic knowledge of Rapid Development tools in eLearning and video development.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and JS, CSS3.
• Ability to set/adjust priorities.
• Ability to lead micro-projects.

 Application knowledge – must have:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Illustrator
• MS Office

 Application knowledge – nice to have:

• Adobe Animate CC
• Adobe AfterEffects
• Adobe Captivate
• Articulate Storyline
• Articulate Rise
• Any modern UI Design - prototyping tool like Sketch, Figma
