Job Summary

The Mopar Marketing Specialist will:

Assist with all aspects of DAA quarterly Service Marketing programs including coordination and participation in Service & Parts subcommittee meetings, development of program theme, development of POS materials, updating website with current offers, dealer incentive claiming process and program roll out to dealerships.

 Compose and transmit Communications to Dealerships and Regional staff on behalf of various Mopar departments, including management of translations for overall Mopar Canada Sales & Marketing Operations through corporate translation partner.

Support Mopar Marketing Manager in achievement of customer attraction and retention targets (RO based) through effective campaign design, implementation, tracking and evolution – through management of relationships with NA Aftersales Marketing leads, internal Canadian stakeholders, supporting vendors/partners and leadership of an internal support team.

 Participate in weekly meetings with various vendors, Canadian & Regional stakeholders on all Marketing initiatives, including Connected Vehicle.

 Review Mopar Accessory Catalogues at each step, collaborating with vendor on updates and ensuring timelines are met.

 Handle inquiries from Call Centre, Field and Dealers pertaining to Mopar Marketing programs.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum TWO (2) years' experience in automotive industry or similar industry

Strong communication skills

Strong organization skills

Self-starter with ability to multi-task

Exceptional attention-to-detail

Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

Must have the ability to work off standard hours as required.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
