Job Summary

The Training Administrator is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the sales courses, must have automotive  knowledge to be the support of the instructors who conduct the course and / or other areas of the company.

Must be a proactive person, with good reading, writing and communication skills, empathetic and customer service. Proficient in office, as reporting and metrics (KPIs) are required. You will be in charge of coordinating face-to-face trainings, which requires an organized and disciplined person.

Main Activities:

  • Administration of the training platform
  • Programming of face-to-face training according to the demand and the available facilities of the Training Center and/or Dealers.
  • Sending training invitation to dealers
  • Monthly preparation of reports by dealer
  • Monthly preparation of General report to the client
  • Updating of the training matrix
  • Sending material to the participants
  • Management of training logistics when necessary
  • Creation of training sessions on the plataform
  • Administration of the suppliers of tools, snacks and others that are involved with the teaching of the courses.
  • Development of improvements and projects that impact the learning of students.
