Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and creating materials for use in training and internal communication. This professional must ensure that all materials developed comply with company standards and accessibility guidelines, collaborating with instructional design and educational content teams to create visual materials that support learning and information retention. 

Key Activities:

  • Develop graphic and multimedia materials for corporate training.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and educational content teams to create visual materials that support learning and information retention.
  • Ensure that all materials developed comply with visual identity, internal standards and accessibility guidelines, making content accessible to all audiences.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, animations and other visual elements using the Adobe Package (Adobe Creative Cloud), in particular: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations with an advanced level of design and interactivity.
  • Keeping up to date with graphic and multimedia design trends, as well as accessibility best practices.
  • Using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop e-learning content 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related areas.
  • Previous experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Knowledge of visual communication techniques that support learning will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessible design practices and compliance with accessibility standards will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Package tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline / Rise e-learning tool desirable.
