Job Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing educational solutions as well as a detailed schedule of educational objects to be developed by the team of content analysts, following a pre-defined methodology and strategy, briefing clients and guaranteeing the delivery and quality of the objects.

Key activities:

  • Analysis, research and survey of inputs
  • Participation in briefings with the client to understand the demands
  • Responsible for chaining together the entire educational structure, interacting with all those involved, ensuring that these professionals understand each other so that the result desired by the client is achieved and meeting the agreed deadlines
  • Drawing up the educational solution and timetable
  • Responsible for linking the entire educational content structure
  • Possibility of monitoring face-to-face activities at the client's premises
  • Direct relationship with the client in meetings and throughout development, support for the content developer in the development of content and development of the team in relation to technical educational content
  • Must have autonomy in deliveries and propose differentiated solutions, constantly seeking new ways of promoting work and activities (software, processes and activities that optimize or innovate performance), promoting committees and meetings for exchanges and innovations. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Instructional Designer, with a focus on corporate education
  • Knowledge of authoring tools and online learning platforms desirable
  • Experience using agile methodologies
  • Experience in Storytelling and gamification
  • Full degree in: pedagogy, psychology, literature, journalism, communication, marketing and related areas
  • Postgraduate degree desirable;
