Job Summary
The Training Content Analyst will be responsible for creating specialized content in educational objects for the area of Sales, team management, leadership and customer service, in direct collaboration with professionals from the development team and under the guidance of the Instructional Designer, following predefined methodologies and strategies.
Key Activities:
- Gathering and analyzing information from the company's professionals in order to understand the needs and specifics of the training.
- Developing specific educational content for the area, in line with the guidelines provided by the Instructional Designer.
- Designing quizzes, practical exercises and other educational materials that complement learning.
- Constantly reviewing and updating training materials to ensure that they are always up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with other members of the content development team to ensure the cohesion and quality of the materials produced.
- Participate in planning and brainstorming meetings to create new content and improve existing content.
- Contributing to the evaluation of training effectiveness, collecting feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Can lead committees and training sessions aimed at innovation.
- Develop gamified training materials.
Qualifications
- Full degree in Pedagogy, Literature, Communication, Journalism or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree in Pedagogy, Literature, Communication, Instructional Designer or related area desirable.
- Previous experience in developing educational content, preferably in the area of corporate education.
- Knowledge of or experience in working with agile methodologies, gamification and storytelling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing in the fuel sector (gas stations, distributors) would be a plus.
